Friends of Long Hunter Monthly Meeting

Saturday, June 1 at 10:00am

Join the Friends of Long Hunter State Park group as they discuss park activities and plan for the future. This is your chance to become involved, make new friends, and be a part of all the exciting things happening at the park! The meetings are open to everyone. Meet inside the park office meeting room.

Members Lecture Series - The Story of Tennessee State Parks

Sunday, June 23 at 3:00pm

For FLHSP Members & their guests:

We are kicking off our lecture series, and our first guest is Randy Hedgepath, Former State Naturalist. This event will be held at 3:00 pm in the Cedar Glade conference room at the park office. Randy will speak on the topic, “The Story of Tennessee State Parks”. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear a wonderful storyteller share with us the rich history and diversity of our state parks.

  • Pets are welcome in most areas, but prohibited in Area 2 and at Bryant’s Grove.
